Company director Michael Candeloro completed his degree in Construction Management and Economics with Honors, and since then he has built a solid track record of professional knowledge. He gained experience working in senior and intermediate construction management positions for Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney-based construction and fit-out companies.

His project experience has been broad, ranging in different complexities across the residential, commercial, civil and industrial sectors. Michael enjoys working alongside his clients. He is focused on delivering their visions, whether it’s a small renovation or an entire custom home. His strong communication skills, transparency, and down-to-earth nature ensures that the entire project from design to delivery is a happy experience. Not only is he the director of the company, but he is also the head project manager, so you be dealing directly with Michael throughout the entire process.

Over time Michael has developed long-standing relationships with Adelaide’s most reputable contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. It is these relationships that have helped Michael and his team at Graphite become the success it is today.

Michael’s passion and commitment to construction is noticeable as soon as you meet him. He is always perusing excellence through continual education and his hands-on approach to the building process.
